Brigadier General David M. Hall
1928 - 2020
Brother Hall took an active role in community activities including, Saginaw Community Foundation, Boy Scouts of America, Castle Museum of Saginaw County, Life Member of NAACP, 33rd degree Mason, Originator and Board Member of First State Bank. In addition, he taught Management and Business at Northwood University and Saginaw Valley State University. He was a published author of The ABC's of Leadership and co-author of Dare to Be Different. David was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi professional business fraternity, and Bethel A.M.E Church

Aringtor Hicks
1963 -
Brother Hicks is the President and CEO of Masterliving, Inc. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University in the 1980s. As a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Hicks continues to achieve. His dedication to community growth and achievement is a continuous example for the City of Saginaw, and the State of Michigan.
